Chef Krysten Hanger brings a wealth of culinary expertise and creativity to Denton County Brewing Co., where she leads the kitchen with her innovative and flavorful approach. With a solid foundation from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas, Krysten honed her skills over a decade at acclaimed establishments, including Spin Modern Thai, Epicerie (as a sous chef), and Peached Tortilla (as a lead caterer).

In 2019, Krysten launched The Blind Fox food truck, an award-winning Asian fusion gem that quickly became a local favorite. Known for her Fusion of Flavors Cuisine and dedication to "Turning the Ordinary into Extraordinary," The Blind Fox specializes in fusion inspired street eats that leave a lasting impression on every palate. Now a proud resident food truck at the brewery, The Blind Fox continues to wow patrons with its creative and delicious dishes.
